Track / Confirm Delivery

We usually dispatch orders using Royal Mail Signed For®. This service provides delivery confirmation (signature on delivery) rather than full step-by-step live tracking.

Check Delivery Status

  1. Find your Royal Mail reference (e.g. AA123456789GB) in your dispatch email.
  2. Go to: Royal Mail Track & Confirm.
  3. After delivery, you’ll see “Delivered” — with signature and proof of delivery available online.

Missed Delivery?

If you received a “Something for you” card, arrange a Royal Mail Redelivery or collect from your local Delivery Office.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
  • If there’s no update after 7 working days, please contact us and we’ll assist promptly.
