This previously owned ornamental building is in a  fairly good condition.

The building looks hand made and is sparsely painted.

There are children near the arch,a man looking out the window and a lady leaning on the wall.

There is foam on the base.

There are no manufacturers marks or labels on the item.

Height is approximately 4 1/4 inches(10.8 cm).

Base is approximately 6 1/4 x 4 1/8 inches(15.9 x 10.5 cm) at the widest points.
